bush that was those the language right out of. you guys are out of the standard of proving hard. as i say and representative keith ellison and marco can from minneapolis and madison wisconsin two of my favorite towns have proposed constitutional amendment because the exactly right currently there is not necessarily a guaranteed right to voting there is a right to fairness and there are certain other things in there but but the way it currently exists the burden is to prove that you are somehow that there was again a lot of time with this amendment would do is guarantee the right to vote and just put the burden back onto the state and use that or you know putting these laws in a place to prove that they have some sort of you know wrong or something that they need to address that if they're putting together voter id laws to prevent voter fraud that they have to prove that there was some sort of voter fraud which is the burden and i think that's actually probably a pretty smart thing to do a lot better you know a lot better protectio
